Our works formed part of a larger project to fully refurbish the dated Leisure Club facilities incorporating a new slide for the pool and walkway to the slide.
The Cascade Tropical Adventure Pool now boasts a large pool area with a thrilling 200-foot water slide
We coordinated our works daily with the other contractor’s on site to ensure the project was delivered successful and adapted our ways of working daily given the detailing and complexities of the project
A new purpose made staircase for the large pool slide was built and adapted as the project progressed. The flashings were also site measured as the project progressed
Access was a challenge given the nature of the works and this was adapted as needed to include for a working platform, scaffolding and cherry pickers.
Manual handing was complex given materials needed to be taken up manually and this was again coordinated and adapted on a daily basis.
All works were completed before the park opened in Spring 2025 and the project despite its challenges was delivered within agreed timescales and budgets.
