It was fantastic to welcome our new cohort of Building Futures this week starting with Juniper Training Ltd and embarking on their career in construction!
Students undertook team building this week and worked on their team building skills on induction day by doing an ‘eggciting’ egg drop challenge, building vessels to contain the eggs so they didn’t break when dropped from height followed by a construction task to build the highest tower from paper that could hold an object on top without collapsing.
