The panellists discussed their experiences visiting schools, top tips for engagement and we discussed the valuable resources which have been developed by Denise though her proud to promote roofing campaign which we shared with attendees

The importance collaboration, social value for companies, engaging with children at an early age to educate and avoid misconceptions was discussed along with the new VR technology Juniper Training Ltd have been working on with Immersive Industry Experiences which is incredibly exciting for the industry!

We left the audience with a question -What can we do collectively as an industry to make careers in roofing not just an option but an aspiration and also encouraged everyone considering engaging with schools to just do it as it’s so incredibly important!

The aim was to see more people promoting our industry and engaging with the next generation!
