‘Think Safety, Act Safely’ Campaign
At Phoenix Consortia, safety is not just a priority—it’s the very foundation of everything we do. We are proud to announce the launch of our new safety campaign, Think Safety, Act Safely which aims to further strengthen our commitment to health and safety across all levels of the company.
Employee engagement and education are essential in fostering a strong safety culture, and this campaign embodies our dedication to making safety a shared responsibility. Every member of our team carries the responsibility to act in the best interests of themselves, their families, their colleagues, and the communities we serve. Safety is not simply a policy; it is a collective commitment that unites us all.
At our Head Office, we continuously strive to keep safety at the forefront of every decision. However, we understand that collaboration is key to maintaining the highest standards. We encourage everyone within the organisation to actively contribute to improving safety—whether that’s reporting a near-miss, suggesting a new initiative, or raising a concern. No issue is too small, and every contribution helps make a meaningful difference, whether by improving procedures, increasing awareness, or preventing incidents before they occur.
Our commitment to health and safety is further reinforced by our third-party ISO 45001 certification, which was audited this year to ensure compliance. We also maintain accreditations with Safe Contractor, CHAS, and Construction Line Gold, all of which underline our dedication to meeting industry-leading standards.
The results speak for themselves: our improved safety record is a direct reflection of a proactive, rather than reactive, approach to safety. We take immense pride in fostering a culture where every voice matters, and safety is continuously improved upon.
We know that innovation and a focus on continuous improvement are vital to achieving our long-term commercial goals. We are committed to regularly reviewing and refining our safety processes to ensure that safety remains at the core of everything we do, raising the bar for safety excellence every day.
Together, we continue to protect what truly matters—each other.
