To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2026 at Phoenix Consortia we are reflecting on our apprentices, their journeys during their time with us and the amazing addition they make to our business!

We are delighted to report that our waterproofing apprentice Harry achieved his Level 2 qualification earlier this week not only with a pass but with a distinction!

Harry has been a great advocate for the industry already visiting schools to promote roofing and taking part in the BMI Apprentice of the year competition 2025 where he developed his leadership skills. We are immensely proud of his journey so far and look forward to developing his skills and knowledge in the coming years!

Tim also started his journey with Juniper Training Ltd which then led to him securing an apprenticeship with SPV in slating and tiling. During his apprenticeship, he developed a wide range of practical skills and gained valuable qualifications and all these experiences have significantly supported his professional growth and helped him progress speedily in his role.

He is now a confident and capable roofer and recently achieved his Level 3 Diploma in occupational work supervision and also the Phoenix Consortia February employee of the month!
He is a great example of how hard work and learning pays off and he should be incredibly proud of his amazing accomplishments and overall attitude
