Phoenix Consortia incorporating SPV Special Projects and Howard Evans Roofing and Cladding Ltd is delighted to announce that we have renewed our ISO Accreditation for the next 12 months and successfully passed our 3 year review audit.

THE OVERCLADDING EXPERTS

Phoenix Consortia have substantial knowledge and expertise in the supply and installation of overcladding projects, including those involving the Germello Revive Warrantied Overclad System.
Overcladding relates to the renovation of a roof with a new single skin over the original external fabric of a building.
These projects account for at least 25% of our projects every year, with many of our valued clients turning to overcladding as a simple and effective way to refurbish and upgrade their buildings and estates.
We have completed work for a wide range of clients, including Jones Lang Lasalle, Iceland Frozen Foods, Co-op and Parkdean.
Our team work closely with our clients to ensure minimal disruption to the building and its occupiers, limiting any impact on the business throughout the works.
What are the benefits of Overcladding?
• The lifespan of the existing roof increases with the addition of a protective ‘second skin’.
• It provides insulation and energy efficiency, keeping you cool in summer and warm in the winter.
• It is often a more cost-effective alternative to an expensive complete roof replacement.
• It provides an enhanced appearance with a wide range of colours, designs and finishes available.
• There are reduced maintenance costs with lower condensation thermal bridging and corrosion risks.
• There is better ventilation through the external skin, supportive structure, ventilation cavity and insulating layer.
