Our remit involved the design and installation of a full design scaffolding for access to the works. As the store has business on each side, this involved liaison and consultation with neighbouring properties to ensure minimal disruption was caused to their trading and access.

We liaised with local resident prior to carrying out the works to ensure that the works did not affect any community events which often centre around the village high street.

We removed the existing slates and replaced with new natural Spanish slates in keeping with the original look of the building.

We had two apprentices on site for the duration of the works ensuring experience of undertaking a large-scale slating project.

We were delighted to receive a 100 per score on our health and safety audit undertaken by Co-ops safety consultants during the works.

“Well Done SPV on a perfect score and a massive well done to James the site manager. Many thanks.”
