Phoenix Consortia have recently completed the work to the car park at
Warwick House, Solihull. The property is currently being upgraded by our client Birmingham Properties Group.
Warwick House offers 32 one-bedroom apartments in the heart of Solihull, one of the most affluent and sought-after areas in the UK.
Each home benefits from spacious, light-filled, open-plan kitchen/living areas complete with stylish fitted kitchens and a range of integrated
appliances.
Each bedroom is well proportioned, and the bathrooms are designed to a high specification with Porcelanosa tiling and sanitaryware.
The apartments benefit from a 999-year lease, with allocated parking available.
The ground and lower-ground floor car parks needed upgrading and before commencing work, we carried out sample sections to confirm the client was happy with our proposal.
We recommended blue instead of black coating to avoid any issues where the black absorbed the heat and the tyres would indent the surface, thus causing leaks in both the short and long term.
We first cleaned off and prepared all areas for coating, then applied Polyroof Progrip anti-slip coating in sky blue to these areas and formed the lines marking the car park bays using Polyroof Pro grip anti-slip coating in traffic white.
The work was completed within the agreed timescales and budgets were to the client’s satisfaction.
